Angelina Bintoudi is co-founder and CEO of Optimems, a deep-tech spinoff creating next-generation solutions for energy management in microgrids and virtual power plants. Optimems has been internationally recognized, winning MIT StartSmart SEE (2023), the Top 10 Startups Worldwide at Web Summit Vancouver (2025), and the NBG Seeds national award (2025). With a background in Electrical and Computer Engineering and experience spanning aerospace and smart grids, Angelina combines deep technical expertise with entrepreneurial drive. She is completing her PhD on fault-tolerant DC microgrids and is passionate about building resilient energy systems for the global energy transition.
