Lodovica Raparelli is a lawyer and researcher specialising in public international law, international arbitration, and legal innovation. She is Head of Research and Projects at the Oxford Institute of Technology and Justice, a PhD researcher at King’s College London, and teaches Public International Law at the University of Oxford. She holds an LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution from King’s College London and has worked at leading international law firms in London and Milan, focusing on investor-State and commercial arbitration, human rights, climate change and international dispute resolution. In recent years, her work has focused on international law, access to justice and AI. She has spoken at numerous international conferences and academic forums on legal innovation and access to justice, including events in Sydney, Amsterdam, London, Bologna, and Milan.
