Cesare Fiala is the director of Culture Hint, a data and AI company that helps cities, destinations, and venues understand and manage the relationship between places and the people who use them. Working with clients including the Singapore Tourism Board, Malta Tourism Authority and Singapore National Gallery Cesare sits at the intersection of cultural heritage, urban planning, and data-driven decision-making. His work addresses one of the defining tensions in contemporary cities: how to make them work for residents and visitors alike, without one experience degrading the other.
