Toni Attard is the Founder and Director of Culture Venture, a Malta-based cultural strategy, research and advisory firm working internationally across culture and creativity. He leads projects in cultural policy, governance, audience development, impact assessment, and strategy design for governments, cultural institutions, and creative organisations. Formerly Director of Strategy at Arts Council Malta, he co-authored Malta’s National Cultural Policy and Creative Economy Strategy. Toni also serves on the European Commission’s expert panel for the selection and monitoring of the European Capital of Culture title and is Founder and Artistic Director of Udjenza.
