Georgia Papageorgiou holds a degree in Sociology and a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management and Business. She is also certified by the CIPD (UK) in the field of Human Resource Management. She has worked in the field of Human Resources and specializes in Talent Acquisition, which is also her passion. She has reviewed more than 340,000 CVs, conducted more than 5,000 interviews and made more than 450 hires, mainly in Europe but also globally. At the same time, as part of her career in HR and Talent Acquisition, she has designed and implemented many corporate training programs. She lived and worked in England — Leicester and Birmingham — and in the Netherlands — Amsterdam — and, after 9.5 years abroad, decided to return to Greece and transfer her knowledge and experience to the Greek audience and to businesses. She has managed recruitment processes across all levels of hierarchy, from graduates and early-career professionals to senior management executives, and across many different sectors, such as construction/industry, telecommunications, software (SaaS), finance, tourism/customer service, video games, technology (IT/software), and sustainability/environmental studies.
