Ivan Ilioski is Special Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Digital Transformation. He is responsible for supporting the implementation of national digital transformation initiatives, digital public services, interoperability, cybersecurity coordination, and international cooperation projects. Prior to joining the Ministry, he held management positions in the private sector, process improvement, kaizen and change management activities within international manufacturing organizations. He is actively involved in regional and international initiatives focused on digital government, innovation, and digital public service delivery.
