Stavros Stavrides is the Founder of Metabusiness, a consultancy focused on helping organizations translate innovation and emerging technologies into practical business impact. He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having held senior commercial and marketing roles at GSK and Novartis across Greece and Europe. His work focuses on bridging the gap between strategy and execution, supporting organizations in turning innovation, AI, and new technologies into measurable business value. In parallel, he serves as a Board Member of La French Tech Athens, fostering collaboration between startups, corporates, investors, and innovation ecosystems in Greece and France. He is also a Research Affiliate at the Health Sector Research Center of the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), working at the intersection of healthcare, management science, and organizational transformation. His interests include healthcare innovation, digital health, AI adoption, and the development of innovation ecosystems that accelerate business and societal impact.
