Benedikt Pollmeier-Aletras is Managing Director and Co-Founder of Luvent Consulting, a Chemonics company, a technology-enabled advisory and delivery platform operating at the intersection of digital public infrastructure, GovTech, AI, private sector development, and institutional transformation across Europe, Africa, and emerging markets.
Over the past decade, he founded and scaled Luvent into an integrated platform combining strategy, regulatory reform, digital platform design, capital mobilisation, and large-scale implementation. More than 150 projects have been delivered for governments, development institutions, corporates, and financial actors, supporting entrepreneurship, SME growth, startup ecosystems, investment systems, and national digital transformation agendas.
His work focuses on translating policy into functioning systems — from digital public infrastructure and e-government solutions to AI-enabled public services, innovation ecosystems, and platform-based models that strengthen institutional efficiency, interoperability, and competitiveness.
In 2024, Luvent entered into a strategic merger with Chemonics, expanding the platform’s global reach and delivery capacity across technology, innovation, and large-scale implementation.
His background spans international consulting, the United Nations system in Geneva, and government affairs in Brussels, providing a cross-sector perspective on technology, regulation, markets, and institutional transformation.
