Christos Giordamlis has led Prisma Electronics since 1991, transforming the company into an internationally recognized provider of advanced technology and Industrial IoT solutions. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and has pursued advanced studies in Management and Marketing at the London School of Economics. Under his leadership, Prisma Electronics has developed flagship innovations, most notably LAROS, a leading maritime intelligence platform for vessel performance monitoring, energy efficiency, and predictive maintenance. He also oversees XENAGOS, an advanced platform for cultural knowledge management. Mr. Giordamlis leads the company’s strategic R&D collaborations with prestigious international organizations, including CERN, where Prisma received a Gold Award, as well as the European Space Agency (ESA) and Airbus. More recently, he led the landmark MICE-1 nanosatellite project, further strengthening Greece’s presence in the space industry. Beyond his corporate role, he is a prominent figure in regional development and industrial policy. He serves as President of the Association of Industries and Businesses of Evros and of the Network of Industrial Associations of Greece’s Border Regions. With extensive expertise in digital transformation and critical infrastructure, he has successfully managed complex projects in both the public and private sectors, as well as the production of electronic subsystems for major defense programs, including Leopard 2 and Mirage 2000-5.
