Demetris Iacovides is a Partner at the Brain Gain Fund (Metavallon VC), a pre-seed vehicle backing Greek diaspora founders in deep tech and life sciences. He was previously a Principal at Big Pi Ventures with earlier strategy roles at PwC, Genesis Pharma, and Deloitte. He holds degrees in Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology from UCL and Imperial College London, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MSc in Biotechnology Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
