Manolis Baltas is a distinguished Civil Engineer (NTUA) with over 45 years of experience in the management, planning, and delivery of major technical and infrastructure projects in both the public and private sectors. He is the Founder and CEO of ReDePlan S.A. Consultants, a position he has held for the past 22 years, leading high-impact projects in real estate development, urban planning, business parks, technical licensing, infrastructure, and circular economy initiatives. Prior to this, he served for seven years as CEO of O.S.K. (School Buildings Organization S.A.), where he oversaw €3.49 billion in educational infrastructure investments. Widely recognized for his strategic leadership and technical expertise, he plays a significant role in shaping major development and business initiatives in Greece.
