Sandy Tsakiridi is a Senior Director at The Coca-Cola Company, where she leads the Global AI Governance Program and serves as Head Privacy Counsel for Europe. Working at the forefront of privacy, AI and regulation, she advises on some of the most complex and fast-evolving technology challenges facing global businesses today. A triple-qualified lawyer (England & Wales, Greece, Ireland), Sandy brings a diverse international background, with senior in-house experience at HSBC, private practice at top-tier international law firms, and one of the Big Four across London and Brussels, as well as a traineeship at the Legal Service of the Council of the European Union. She is the founder of Hellenic Women in Privacy & Technology (HWiPT), a member of the EDPB Support Pool of Experts on new technologies, and a former IAPP Advisory Board member. A recognized thought leader and frequent international speaker, Sandy is passionate about shaping responsible AI governance and advancing the global conversation on data protection and emerging technologies.
