BEYOND 2026 returns to Athens from June 17 to 19, 2026, at Metropolitan Expo, placing the Startup Village Beyond Tomorrow at the center of the event: a dynamic hub for startups, investors, businesses, universities and innovation stakeholders.
Participating startups will have the opportunity to:
- showcase their products and services through their own exhibition booth,
- connect directly with potential partners, investors and market stakeholders,
- strengthen their visibility and presence within the technology, innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem,
- hear directly from key ecosystem leaders through talks, panels and discussions hosted at the Startup Village Stage, specifically designed to address startup needs,
- participate and compete in two major innovation competitions.
World Startup Cup: From BEYOND’s Startup Village to the $1 Million Global Finale
BEYOND 2026 will host the World Startup Cup – Greece Regional, offering startups the opportunity to take the Startup Village Stage and compete for a place on the global stage.
The winning startup will be named the Regional Champion at BEYOND and will travel, with all expenses covered, to San Francisco for the Startup World Cup Grand Finale 2026, where it will compete for the grand investment prize of $1,000,000. More information about the competition is available here.
Sustainability–Energy & Defence Hackathon in Collaboration with ACEin
As part of BEYOND 2026, the Sustainability–Energy & Defence Hackathon will also take place — a three-day innovation initiative organized in collaboration with the Athens Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (ACEin) of the Athens University of Economics and Business.
Teams developing solutions in sustainable energy, defence technology, security and dual-use applications will have the opportunity to develop and present their ideas in a real-world environment.
The winning team will earn participation in the Creative Business Cup Final 2026 in Copenhagen, including covered airfare and accommodation for one team member. More information about the Hackathon is available here.
