The Hosted Buyers programme is for people who make or shape technology purchasing decisions and have a specific project in the next 12–18 months. You state your need, providers see it before the show, and you arrive with a personal meeting schedule.
Who can apply: company CIOs and CDOs, digital transformation leads in public bodies, regions and municipalities, utilities and infrastructure, health and defence, as well as buyers from Cyprus, the Balkans and the Gulf.
What we offer:
A tailored meeting agenda with selected solution providers and integration partners.
Participation in closed-door roundtables and reverse pitching sessions: you present the challenge, and providers respond with solutions.
Access to the Buyers Lounge with dedicated administrative support.
Travel and accommodation support for buyers from outside Attica and abroad, customized based on their origin.
What we ask: a short Buyer Needs Statement with 1–3 projects, and attendance at a minimum of 8 scheduled meetings.
