Αlex Zitrides is Managing Director at Helidoni Group, one of the most active early-stage impact investors in Greece, focused on climate, circularity, and sustainable technologies. With more than 25 years of experience in corporate strategy, investment management, and executive leadership, he works closely with founders building innovative ventures across sectors including precision agriculture, carbon markets, food innovation, energy optimization, and robotics. He also serves as Managing Director at Helidoni Foundation, supporting mission-driven organizations and pioneering the steward-ownership model in Greece. Before Helidoni, he held senior leadership roles across telecommunications, media, utilities, and consulting, and today serves on multiple company boards and as Vice President of the Sales Institute of Greece. He studied Chemistry at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds an MBA from University of Hull, combining scientific, business, and economic expertise throughout his career.
