Founder and Managing Director of PCM Methods & Procedures Consultants Ltd. He holds a degree in Mathematics, specializing in Statistics and has accumulated more than 25 years of professional experience in the design, implementation, and management of national and European projects in the fields of Human Resources Development, Entrepreneurship, Local Development, and Innovation. He has been actively involved in the development of the social economy in Greece, having coordinated the working group responsible for drafting the institutional framework within the National Thematic Network for the Social Economy and having participated in the Ministry of Labour’s working group for the preparation of the relevant legislative framework. He was a member of the OECD LEED (Local Economic and Employment Development) Programme, focusing on local development and employment policies, and has developed extensive expertise in the application of learning network methodologies aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and innovation at the local level. He has coordinated the development of the business skills for over twenty teams of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), by utilizing a combination of coaching and action learning methods. He serves as Coordinator of the CHOICE Innovation Cluster (Cooperation for & Harvesting from Open Innovation in Circular Economy – Project Code: GG1CL-0057244), established under the Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Operational Programme (EPAnEK) 2014–2020, with PCM acting as Supporting Entity. The cluster continues its operation with headquarters in the Region of Peloponnese. He is also the co-founder of Ark Coworking Space and Ark Incubator, located in Tripoli and Megalopolis respectively. These initiatives operate within the framework of actions supported by the General Secretariat for Research and Innovation and are co-financed by the Just Development Transition Programme 2021–2027.
